Equipment can be collected from our facility or delivered to your location in Hyderabad. Delivery outside the city is arranged on request; charges depend on distance and timing and are confirmed in your quotation.

Everything you need to know about receiving and returning your rental gear.
Handover checks
Every item is inspected, powered on and packed before dispatch. At handover we walk through the kit list with you and note the condition of each item.
Rental period
The rental period starts at the agreed handover time and ends at the agreed return time. Extensions are possible when the equipment is not already reserved — contact us as early as you can.
Returns
Return all items with their cases, cables, batteries and accessories. A return inspection is carried out in your presence where possible, after which the security deposit is released.
Late returns and damage
Late returns are charged at the applicable daily rate. Missing items or damage caused during the rental period are charged at repair or replacement cost as set out in the rental agreement.
